Summer Punch (non alcoholic)

Ingredients

  • 1 litre pineapple juice (no sugar added)
  • 1 litre orange juice (no sugar added)
  • 1/3 cup Lime Juice Cordial
  • 2 litres diet lemonade
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • ice cubes, 1 tray
  • a few fresh mint leaves, washed

Method

Step 1.  In a punch bowl, combine pineapple, orange juice and lime cordial. Mix well.
Step 2.  Add the diet lemonade.
Step 3.  Place in fridge to chill for at least 1-2 hours.  Just before serving add a tray of ice cubes, a few orange slices and sprinkle with mint leaves.
