Ingredients
- ¾ cup trim milk
- ½ cup low fat yoghurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- ¼ cup blueberries
- 2 Tbspn LSA (or rolled oats or bran cereal)
Method
Step 1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend for about 20 seconds or until smooth.
Step 2. Pour into a tall glass, drink and enjoy!
