Alcohol – Do You Really Want To Add These Calories?

The Fitness Guy explains the amount of exercise you have to do to burn off the calories you take on board when you consume alcohol. “When I pulled the pin on drinking and ate correctly my weight just kept coming down…week after week….I was a new man with heaps more energy”. Sure when The Fitness Guy got to his goal weight he introduced alcohol but only  3-4 glasses a week. “I just realized I don’t need alcohol to feel great…it is the exercise now days that gives me the buzz!”.
